Kiev

Delivery within Kiev is carried out through:

1. The delivery service "Nova Posta" to the specified department at your request or to the specified address by the courier of "Nova Posta" and is paid by the buyer upon receipt according to the tariffs of the delivery service "Nova Posta".

Time of delivery is 1 to 3 working days.


2. Express delivery is considered individually, taking into account the wishes of the buyer:
- courier door-to-door service
- specialized taxi service

The term of such delivery is carried out during the day as soon as possible

Ukraine

Delivery of your order to every part of Ukraine is ensured by delivery service “Nova Poshta” to the specified department or to the specified address by the courier of "Nova Posta" and is paid by the buyer upon receipt according to the tariffs of the delivery service "Nova Posta".

Time of delivery is 1 to 4 working days.

World

Delivery outside of Ukraine is ensured by international courier service DHL or Dimex. Time of delivery is to 10 working days. International delivery is free for order valued at over 1000 US dollars, including UAH equivalent. Cost of delivery on less than 1000 US dollars will be automatically add to cost of order depending on country of recipient and parcel weight.
Customs duties are NOT included in price of worldwide shipping and paid by receiver according to legislation of his/her country

Choose garment you’re interested in, select size and add it in basket. For registration of the order it is necessary to state your contact information, convenient ways of delivery and pay through payment system. Our manager will contact you shortly to confirm order and any necessary details.

Purchase return

We guarantee purchase return from any part of the world, in case clothes hasn’t been used, commercial overlook and shape are saved, original packaging, label and receipt of payment are presented. You have 14 days since the moment of receiving order, to return it back. We suggest you issue return during first seven days, within the prescribed period. Please note that order can be returned from any place, not depending on where it was delivered.
Swimwear sets, lingerie and clothes made individually for customer are nonreturnable!
Return of “last one” items is considered in individual order.

As soon as we receive purchase for return and it’s correspond to conditions of return, we will return your money. Please, note that money transfer can last for 14 working days depending on kind of transfer.
